At Flipflow, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our international expansion team and help us open new markets such as the US, UK, Germany and the Nordics.
You will work directly with our Head of Sales, becoming part of the core team building Flipflow’s international growth engine.

🎯 Your Challenge & Impact
We already have an initial commercial team and a proven sales model in Spain.
As an International SDR, you will be a key piece in Flipflow’s expansion outside Spain.
Your mission will be to generate qualified commercial opportunities in international markets and lay the foundations for future commercial scalability.
Specifically, you will:
Actively prospect target accounts in markets such as the UK, US and Nordic countries.
Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.
Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) with a consultative approach.
Qualify leads and detect real business opportunities.
Book qualified meetings for the Account Executives and Head of Sales.
Maintain rigorous pipeline management in the CRM (HubSpot or similar).
Work closely with SDRs, Account Executives, Customer Success and Marketing to achieve shared objectives through structured processes and creativity.
Actively participate in building and refining the international sales playbook.
This role is ideal if you want to learn how a global sales team is built and scaled from the inside.
👤 Your Profile
1+ year of experience in Sales Development, Business Development or similar roles.
Previous experience in B2B SaaS sales.
Native or bilingual English, essential for day-to-day work.
Second native or bilingual language highly valued: German and/or French and/or Italian.
Comfortable working with CRMs and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
Previous experience or strong motivation for outbound prospecting and strategic selling.
Strong results-oriented mindset, consistency and eagerness to learn fast.
🎓 Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, International Marketing or similar fields.
