At Flipflow, we’re looking for a Senior Account Executive (AE) to join our international expansion team and help us open and scale new markets such as the US, UK, Germany and the Nordics.
You will work directly with our Head of Sales and a small, highly focused team, becoming part of the core group building Flipflow’s international growth engine.

🎯 Your Challenge & Impact
We already have a proven sales model and a growing commercial team.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for converting opportunities into customers, leading complex sales processes and contributing directly to Flipflow’s international growth.
Your impact will be key to the consolidation of new markets.
Specifically, you will:
Lead full-cycle sales processes: prospecting → discovery → demo → negotiation → closing.
Manage opportunities in markets such as the US, UK, Nordics and the rest of Europe.
Work closely with the Head of Sales on strategic and go-to-market decisions.
Coordinate with the SDR team to maximize opportunity generation and conversion.
Work on mid-market and enterprise deals, selling to C-level and senior decision-makers.
Analyze pipeline, metrics and results to continuously optimize the sales process.
Actively contribute to building the international sales playbook.

👤 Your Profile
5+ years of experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, KAM or Business Development Manager in B2B SaaS environments.
Strong background in consultative selling and closing complex deals with medium/long sales cycles.
Native or bilingual English, essential for day-to-day work.
Second native or bilingual language required: German and/or French and/or Italian.
Proven experience closing high-value deals with C-level and senior stakeholders, leading strategic conversations and complex negotiations.
Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
Previous experience or strong motivation for outbound prospecting, generating opportunities and relationships from scratch.
Strong results-oriented mindset, with high ownership and networking ability.
🎓 Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business or International Marketing.
