Flipflow is scaling internationally and we need a very senior, hands-on sales leader to expand our business from the ground up, opening and scaling markets across markets like the US, UK, DACH and the Nordics.
You’ll work directly with our Global Head of Sales and the CEO, as part of the core leadership team building Flipflow’s international growth engine.

🎯 Your Challenge & Impact
As International Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and scaling Flipflow’s international sales engine.
Your impact will be critical in turning international expansion into a real growth lever.
You will be responsible for:
🧠 Sales & Go-To-Market
Lead full-cycle enterprise sales processes: prospecting → discovery → demo → negotiation → closing
Close complex deals with C-level and senior decision-makers at large international accounts
Define ICPs, priority verticals and market strategies
Build tailored value propositions by region and segment
Own pipeline analysis, metrics and forecast to improve predictability
🌱 Team Building
Hire, onboard and lead the international sales team (SDRs & AEs)
Define targets, quality standards and sales methodologies
Act as a player-coach, support the team on strategic deals
🤝 Leadership & Collaboration
Work closely with the Global Head of Sales as her/his right hand on international markets
Collaborate with Marketing, Product and RevOps to align the GTM strategy
Actively contribute to the construction of the international sales playbook
This role is ideal if you want real ownership, direct impact and to build something meaningful from the ground up, not a pure management position.
👤 Your Profile
10–15+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, data, market intelligence, research or consulting environments
Proven experience closing enterprise deals at C-level with mid-to-high ACVs
Strong hunter background
Experience selling into international and competitive markets
Native or bilingual English (mandatory)
Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Ownership-driven mindset, ambition and long-term builder mentality
Second native or bilingual language (German, French or Italian highly valued)
Strongly valued background in Retail, FMCG or Market Intelligence
