What is our proposal?
Grow and scale Exoticca’s Flight content and Airline Supplier Portfolio, ensuring Exoticca to provide best priced availability from the broadest and most competitive selection of airline suppliers possible in all markets. This will ensure Exoticca’s product competitiveness to consistently drive commercial and sales performance.
What you will do?
- Negotiate and establish Long-term relations ships and agreements with Airlines worldwide.
- Securing the most competitive deals both structural and tactical.
- Implement New and Resolving contractual and Commercial problems.
- Discovering areas that are not in-keeping with market and industry regulation practices.
- Offering Commercial and industry expert advice and guidelines to all departments.
- Risk assessment and Opportunity seeking in all Markets.
- Competitive Airline Market and Industry Analysis.
- Contribute of constant reviewing and developing operational process flows.
- Overseeing all related KPIs, ensure regular reporting, metrics and statistics is produced.
- 4-5 years of solid experience in Airline & Distribution, combining commercial acumen and industry awareness
- Experience from an Airline Revenue management or network planning department is a plus.
- Solid point of sale market knowledge ex: (US, CA, ES, UK, MX).
- Proven sales and commercial agreement track record with Relevant airlines and suppliers those areas and regions.
- Analytical skills, and experience in using data analysis tools and frameworks.
- Experience using BI tools (e.g., Looker), Excel, and Salesforce is a plus.
- Ideal candidate has an Economical and Business bachelor’s degree. A post degree or an MBA is a big plus.
- Knowledge of Amadeus GDS, basic functional usage.
- Communication verbal and written skills in English and 1 other language is a plus.
- Autonomous and self-driven.
