The Role
We’re expanding Barkyn beyond digital into physical retail. We’re looking for a high-performing Go-To-Market Specialist with proven retail and export sales experience in the pet industry. Someone who knows how to open doors, build retail partnerships, and get products onto shelves — fast.
What You’ll Do
Lead sales conversations with pet retailers and distribution partners across Europe
Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing and onboarding
Build sales playbooks and toolkits for retail expansion
Represent Barkyn in trade shows and retail meetings
Collaborate with ops and marketing to ensure a successful retail rollout
What We're Looking For
Experience in pet sales/export, especially in retail or wholesale
Works at a pet food or pet product company, ideally a consumer brand that sells to retail
Proven track record of closing B2B retail deals
Familiarity with the European pet retail landscape
Fluent in English; other EU languages are a plus
