The Role

We’re looking for a highly analytical and hands-on Business Controller to take full ownership of our reporting and performance monitoring.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial discipline, clarity, and control across the company — from costs and P&L to budgeting, inventory, and business analysis. You’ll work closely with leadership to bring visibility, surface risks and opportunities, and help us move faster with better decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Own and deliver weekly and monthly internal and external reporting

• Monitor cost structure, P&L and budget control

• Track and manage inventory costs and variances

• Support planning cycles and scenario analysis

• Conduct ad hoc financial and business analysis across departments

• Work closely with ops, finance, and leadership to ensure visibility and alignment

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in business controlling or financial analysis

• Deep experience in reporting, cost control and budget management

• Experience in business case analysis and metrics analysis

• Strong Excel/Sheets and analytical skills; familiarity with finance tools

• Bonus: experience in e-commerce, inventory management skills, or marketing metrics analysis
