What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted family vet to our customers;

• Provide personalized advice through app messages, calls, and follow-ups;

• Recommend tailored nutrition and care based on life stage, health, and lifestyle;

• Work within Barkyn’s protocols and guidelines;

• Collaborate with internal teams to align customer communication and product guidance;

• Share feedback to help improve the veterinary experience and services.

What We’re Looking For

Mandatory

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine;

• Registered with the Ordem dos Médicos Veterinários (OMV);

• 2+ years of experience in small animal clinics or hospitals;

• Solid understanding of canine nutrition;

• Fluent in Portuguese and English;

• Excellent communication skills and customer empathy.

Nice to Have

• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments;

• Interest in AI-based solutions in pet care;

• Proficiency in Spanish or Italian;

• Leadership experience (for senior/lead roles).
