The Role: Head of Product

As Head of Product, you will:

• Define and execute Barkyn’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap;

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (design, data, marketing);

• Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch;

• Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize features and improve user experience;

• Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify new opportunities;

• Set KPIs and success metrics to measure product impact and ensure continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in product management and growth strategies;

• Ability to define and execute a clear product vision;

• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and stakeholder management;

• Data-driven mindset, with experience using Google Analytics, Looker, or similar tools;

• Passion for customer-centric product design and innovation;

• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
