That’s why we’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to lead our Customer Support and Veterinary teams, ensuring every interaction is seamless, caring, and impactful. What You’ll Do:
Lead & Optimize: Manage and oversee both the Customer Support and Veterinary teams to ensure top-tier service;
Analyze & Improve: Use customer feedback and support data to refine processes and enhance satisfaction;
Innovate & Collaborate: Work closely with Strategy, Product, and Growth teams to deliver an exceptional customer journey;
Train & Mentor: Equip team members with the knowledge and tools to provide outstanding support;
Enhance Every Interaction: Ensure a caring and consistent tone in all communications;
Track & Improve Performance: Monitor key metrics like customer satisfaction (CSAT), response times, and resolution rates.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in customer support, customer experience, or team management;
Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams;
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities;
Data-driven mindset with experience in support metrics;
Outstanding communication and customer-first approach;
Fluency in Portuguese & English.
