• Establish & Maintain Standards: Develop quality control procedures and ensure compliance with best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in quality assurance, customer support, or product testing;

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills;

• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams;

• Problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement;

• Native Portuguese & fluent English.
